Philip Wylie (65), lives in Braughing.  He has worked in the investment banking sector for 35 years, specialising in advising on mergers and acquisitions of businesses operating in the automotive sector.  He is also the owner of a garage equipment distribution business based in Towcester, which employs over 50 people and operates throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.  In his spare time, Philip enjoys keeping fit and along with his wife, aqua aerobics was a regular activity for them at the Ward Freman Pool. He is also a competitor in closed tarmac road special stage rallies in Ireland, in an historic Ford Escort rally car.

Philip enjoyed both the fitness and the social aspects of Aqua Aerobics at Ward Freman Pool.  He is keen to help retain the facility for current and future generations to enjoy.  He has skills in business and consulting that could be helpful and wants to support a viable and fun resource that is open to both young and older people in the local community.
