Have you got yours yet?
Sales of our limited addition jute shopping bags are going really well. In case you haven’t seen them, we commissioned robust and practical shopping bags from a company called “Go Jute.” They are available in Navy Blue or Turquoise and sport the WFCPG logo with the words “Shop Local, Swim Local” highlighting the need to support local businesses and the desire to exercise locally too! Sara Poulton and Georgina Schwan ensured that the cost of the bags was covered by the generosity of local businesses and were ready in time to sell at the Buntingford late night Christmas shopping event on 30th November 2024. They have appeared at a couple of pop up events but are available to buy from Mark Doel butchers and the Coffee Shop at £5 each.
We had a very successful sale at Buntingford’s Co-op on Christmas Eve, where 144 bags were sold raising £720 along with £250 of donations. Many no doubt presented as wonderful Christmas gifts!

Joanne Willett and Georgina Schwan ready to sell!
We’ll be there again on Good Friday, 18th April providing another opportunity for you to join the exclusive owners club! The feedback we have received is that they are not only a good size, but the handles are comfortable and the ideal length! If you could spare an hour or so to assist with this, we’d be very grateful! Just drop us a line in the “Contact Us” section.
Many thanks to the businesses who supported us:
